Mount Aragats

Mount Aragats – a miracle rising high up to the sky…

Mount Aragats is the highest four-peak mountain in the Aragatsotn region. The highest peak is 4090m. From the top, you will savour the divine view of Armenia. Walk to the top and dwell in nature and beauty.

There are so many legends connected with the mountain and a wide range of magnificent sites and activities to do and see. This is the perfect place for stargazing. By the way, the Byurakan observatory is on the southeastern slope of the mountain. You can do paragliding from here and dive into fantasy, inspiration, and freedom.

You will see pure, tranquil Kari Lake in the slopes of Mount Aragats, Amberd, Mughni, and Saghmosavank. Even being on the slopes of Aragats feels like being on the top of the enormous giant.
