TERMS OF SERVICES
In the terms stated by âFairylandâ, âFairyland Hospitality Groupâ, âFeel Armeniaâ, âweâ and âourâ refer to Fairyland LLC, a tour operator and DMC registered under the Travel Industry (registration nos. 03A081335), which is responsible for the operation of all the trips listed herein. All offers are subject to Fairylandâs standard policy of terms and conditions. The traveller can find the policy on our online trip planners, on our website and by request. Please, look through the terms and conditions carefully before completing the reservation. These terms of services are to show our travellers that our obligations are limited to them.
Our prices are shown USD ($). Â However, we accept payments in 5 currencies: AMD, USD, RUB, EUR and GBP. These prices are converted into AMD based on the latest exchange rate. Final amount and payment will be in AMD. Final conversion rate is determined by the travellerâs bank. We charge a single supplement to individual travellers who have the wish to have private rooms throughout a trip.
To reserve the trip, we require a deposit of 30% of the trip cost per person. The balance of the payment needs to be done  95 days before departure. If the traveller reserves the trip within 95 days of departure, then full payment is required. To finish with the reservation, the traveller must fill in, sign and return a Traveller Information Form and an Acknowledgement of Risk and indemnity within 14 days of the receipt of their confirmation package, which will include these forms. These forms include additional terms and conditions of travel, including limitations of our obligations to our traveller.
If the traveller has to cancel his/her Feel Armenia trip, they have the right to the return of these amounts:

Feel Armenia reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time for the following reasons: if there are too few participants, or if the quality of the trip or the safety of travellers is judged by Feel Armenia not satisfactory. In such a case, customers will get a full refund of their payments received by Feel Armenia. In case of cancellation, Feel Armenia is not responsible for any loss incurred on account of non-refundable or non-transferable air tickets or other unrecoverable travel costs.
Within the scope of Feel Armeniaâs responsibility, Feel Armenia is to run any trip included in the itinerary except harsh climate conditions or any other force majeure situations affecting the safety of travellers. In case of force majeure situations, Feel Armenia will make other offers which will not put the safety of travellers under danger.  If Feel Armenia undertakes the trip even in these conditions, then no refund under this paragraph shall be payable regarding that trip and any traveller cancelling the reservation shall be bound by the cancellation policies identified in the preceding paragraphs.
We require that travellers be at least 18 years old, and if there are travellers under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by an adult. There are no general age limitations on private ready-to-book trips, custom trips, or self-guided trips, although specific itineraries may have age limitations.
We expect our travellers to ensure they are healthy and fit for those trips which have physical requirements such as hiking, biking, jeeping, camping etc.; to read pre-trip information about clothing, training and medical requirements; and to take into consideration that in Armenia local living standards, practices, food, services and accommodations may differ from those in other parts of the world.
The visa and passport requirements of countries from which our travellers come vary according to the nationality of each traveller and may change at any time for reasons beyond our control. Although we provide our travellers with accurate information about these requirements, Â it remains the responsibility of each traveller to verify that he or she has the appropriate travel documents for his or her nationality. Feel Armenia is not liable for any expenses or costs arising from any traveller being banned from entering Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh, Georgia included in the trip.
Before travelling on a trip, we strongly recommend our travellers to review their personal and health insurance to ensure they have coverage appropriate to meet their needs, and the needs of their family and dependents.
